I've never seen a fan base so infatuated over a former coach who wasn't .successful. its like a bunch of jilted girlfriends....move on people
When the **** are some of you people going to get over it? Seriously some of you are worse then little girls who can't get over the douchebag boyfriend.
I agree but I also understand to a degree.
The true test will be now. This matter should be relatively closed for UT fans; the job he left us for dumped him, and did so in a very embarrassing way. He won't be coaching for at least a few years IMHO and at best he's going to come back as a coordinator or as a HC at a smaller school.
If 6 months from now Vol fans are still making Kiffin threads and talking about where he is, what he's doing, etc., then it will be extremely pathetic.

Dude, we still talk about a lot of our former coaches...neyland, majors, dooley, kiffin, fulmer...there's nothing wrong with this. Especially since kiffin was a recent one and his tenure here ended in the way it did. To all those folks who always post "get over it" in ANY thread mentioning kiffin, get over yourselves.
Kiffin is an obsession here; it's one thing to discuss ex coaches but with Kiffin it's posts about almost every move he makes.
Posting about Neyland, Majors, and Fulmer make sense because they are UT's 3 best and most known coaches. But Kiffin it's constant postings about his team losing, what some guy wrote, how much he sucks, etc. i would argue this place posts as much about Kiffin as those other 4 coaches combined. You certainly see significantly less posting about Dooley and I still think he's way worse than Kiffin. The posts about Fulmer are the only ones that might rival Kiffin postings.
