BREAKIN NEWS FROM THE WAR ROOM, RIVALS:One of the biggest news items of the week was the Vols trip to Calhoun, Georgia where it appears that they have landed visits on January 22nd from wide receiver Da’Rick Rogers and his teammate quarterback Nash Nance. We are told that Rogers is more intrigued than ever by the Vols. Head coach Lane Kiffin has been in love with Rogers since the first time he saw tape on him. Rogers just hasn’t shown any interest. He is now and part of that is because the Vols have not stopped recruiting Rogers and they have offered his teammate. Remember there are some academic issues with Rogers so we will see if they do indeed visit and where it goes from there if anywhere. There is no doubt that Tennessee is going to make Georgia work till the end with Rogers. He's coming to Knoxville for an official visit in 2 weeks.

I doubt he would be the suprise only because alot of posters on here knew of the in home visit and know that he will be visiting here. I doubt he verbals here until he visits.. I can't believe how many WR we are taking in this class tho. It really makes me think Meline will not be part of this class unless he ends up on D

99.9% of the time I dont even listen to what Scout says or even go the the website. Lol. IMO Rivals is alot better.

scout stepped it up for a good part of the year, but they have gone back to their original ways as of late

Meline will, 100% for sure, be a part of this class. He is an EE and it has already been confirmed he will be on campus this weekend and enrolled in classes as a UT Vol...

Nobody really knows what Dixon is going to do. Hubbs and Bryant have both reported that they're hearing strong rumors that Dixon could announce a commit to the Vols at the AA game. Some other people close to the situation are saying the same thing...

He isn't scheduled to announce yet. But if he does decide to announce in the next 24 hours or so, all indications are that he is a Vol...

He didn't say in would be someone from the AA game. Matter of fact, when he says the "next couple of days", that leads me to believe it's definitely not one of the AA players.

I'm excited to watch the AA game tomorrow. Lots of potential storylines for the Vols, but I'm also glad it's on early on a Saturday. Excited to see Jacques and especially Ambles.

That is as good a guess as any and better than most imo...

I'm cooling on Lattimore. I read he hasn't done overwhelmingly good on the field.

Gimme some MACK BROWN. Just so Lane can talk more ish to Urb (then smoke weed).

Can you elaborate on this?

Why did he decommit in the first place? Was hostessgate the real reason? Do you know?

He got shakey over the hostess situation. Went to the game and started talking to all the UT recruits and is back in the fold.
