People that think Richt will be fired are laughable. This is the epitome of his career. He has the talent yr in ad yr out. Fans are very emotional and irrational after a loss. Though to me they should've won due to personel and depth but Richt and whoever coaches with him always under coach and lose like last night. There are 2 fire Rcht games every yr. If I was calling plays for UGA Davis and Mitchell would've had 100 yds a piece. Our secondary can't cover a full size bed with a king size sheet. The football Gods were definitely with us and CBJ

Isn't that a reason to fire him. I like Richt (compared to other teams coaches), but by now they should realize he can not get them a championship, which I would think would be their goal.

Fire him for who though? It's like KY basketball with coach Cal. They may not win championships like they should, but who could you possibly get that would do a better job? UGA is sitting in a position where they have a very, very good coach and coaching staff, especially on defense now with Pruitt, and the only way to upgrade Richt would be to land a top five coach aka Saban, Urban, etc. That's not going to happen. UGA fans need to let Pruitt do his thing another year and they won't be disappointed. I think UGA is heading towards having a top five defense every year due to recruiting and coaching.

True about our secondary, and they had plenty of big plays because of it. However, we made more plays, and because of it, we won and were the better team.

So what? They still had a huge lead without Chubb and we still won. We may have beaten them worse with Chubb, as they may not have resorted to throwing the ball as much as they did and exploiting our weaknesses in 12 and 13.

Jesus, can we just not enjoy the win without having the pathetic, middle school what if crap? We won the game. End of freaking story.

They do that literally all the time. Thing is. Richt didn't lose that game. The players did. They drove the ball from the one and dropped the pass. Not Richt.

Same fur us, our players have screwed up a lot in our loses when it matters most, but our staff has had us in position to win every game.

On the other hand I hate 95% of our play calling. If they can open that up more, they'll be fine. That and better decision making, which we saw better off both last night

To the first part of your post I counted the folks on my ignore list , The ones that are " fahr coachs " all day every day . My list says 113 . Interestingly enough a lot of the supposed insiders are there . There are generally between 2 and 4 thousand people logged on this site . Not counting game days and normal meltdowns . There really are not a lot of people howling , they just howl a LOT and Loudly .
