Last time fun with Lane Kiffin

I believed CLK was a great hire. He was young and energetic and could relate to the kids. I was (obviously) wrong. That being said, I still do not blame Kiffin for going to USC when he did. It was his dream job. If I were head coach of the Oregon Ducks (for example), and UT called, I would be on the first plane out of PDX. It was what that pig Orgeron did that IMHO is unforgivable. I hope he gets run over by a donut truck.

Dream job timing was not right for Lane. He must suffer the consequences now. I feel if he were the HC today at UT, we would be ranked similar to USCe- Top 15 team easy.

We also would likely be on probation with scholarship limits, no bowls, continuing ongoing investigations, and chaos in the program.

Orgeron as a recruiter in the future. Don't think a prospect who researches his pass would consider coming. I say that because I do believe he would be hired to transform another losing team with alumni's with deep pockets.

The interesting angle is ego- will the boy wonder with $millions of dollars be able to acknowledge his short-comings as a human being.

We could even be ranked #1....and win slightly more than half our games. He could't even keep his job at USC with plenty of talent playing in the PAC. Imagine what today would look like with him leading us through the SEC.

This guy took the #1 team and finished just above .500 i had to say that again. I'd rather be rebuilding and overachieving with Butch then highly ranked and underachieving with the arrogant pretty boy.

I had to laugh when i heard he was fired but also felt somewhat disappointed. I enjoyed watching the Trojans start the season highly ranked and lose "the biggest upset in CFB history"... every year.
