They have moved on from fear mongering to guilt mongering. It's not that I will get sick, because in my age group and health group there is virtually no risk. It's that I will somehow infect some hypothetical grandmother through a series of bufferfly effect unfortunate events.Testing everyone.... nobody with symptoms.... scary stuff
Yep and the elderly isn’t getting sick from it anymore either unless they are already very sickThey have moved on from fear mongering to guilt mongering. Of all the sh!t sandwiches the left has shoved down our throats the past 10 year I already know I'm going to hate the
"new normal" the most.
It is disturbing. As much as I miss sports I'm not sure I can watch a baseball game where you're not allowed to throw it around the infield after a strike out.
If you deem that too dangerous you dont need to play the game. We are still in some absurd game where adults attempt to out stupid one another.
I think dimocrats are having their Socialist dreams back firing on them with the protests Nation wide. The Republican winning in California and now this.Virginia City That Voted Obama Twice Just Threw Democrats Out Of Office
Three Democratic members of the Staunton, Virginia, city council were ousted by Republicans on Tuesday despite receiving more votes than they did four years ago.
Republican candidates Mark Robertson, Amy Darby, and Steve Claffey all joined incumbent Andrea Oakes in a four-seat GOP sweep, WHSV reported. The three incoming council members replaced Democratic incumbents Erik Curren, Ophie Kier, and James Harrington all almost doubled their vote totals from 2016, yet still lost.
Local outlet Augusta Free Press reporter Chris Graham called the results “stunning almost beyond words.”
“Democrats got their voters out better than they have in a May cycle in years,” Graham wrote. “Republicans got turnout more akin to, not quite a presidential year, but approaching gubernatorial.”
Graham cited gun control legislation in the state as well as COVID-19 lockdowns as key turnout drivers for Republicans in the city.

No post game handshakes either. The virus. It’s everywhere! It is disturbing. As much as I miss sports I'm not sure I can watch a baseball game where you're not allowed to throw it around the infield after a strike out.

You are wrong. That was not just a politically partisan interpretation. That is because Sen. Lamar Alexander from Tennessee is a Republican. Sen. Lamar Alexander posted a statement on Twitter which acknowledged that the Democratic Party House Managers had proven their case that President Donald Trump withheld aid to the Ukraine, at least in part, to encourage President Zelensky to open an investigation of Joe Biden. Sen. Alexander also referred to this action by President Donald Trump as being "inappropriate". Sen. Alexander issued this statement as an explanation for why he believed that calling new witnesses during the Senate trial was unnecessary.
COVID-19 precautions are a new virtue signal. It may sound crazy to some but I see it more and more where I live.
The public shaming tactics are also becoming much more common.
That is golden. I'm becoming a fanGreat job by the Governor here, I want to trade Bill Lee for him
Have you ever noticed several posters have trouble understanding your points. At sometime you have to ask yourself is it you problem.
You completely missed the before the "Rona" part. Funny how that works.Posted by someone else earlier in this thread:
Can face masks protect against the coronavirus?
My issue with Lee is after saying he would not lock the state down he buckled to the pressure and locked us down for a month. There were counties with zero cases or 1 or 2 cases, why did those counties need to be locked down? I just don’t think he’s a very good leaderThat is golden. I'm becoming a fan
As for Lee, you don't understand how good you've got it. Look to the north. You don't even have to go to Mich. just look past Jellico Mountain. You could do a lot worse. I think Lee is pretty darn good
