Well it’s official. Test results came back positive for Covid. Also, my girlfriend’s results were positive as well. Neither of us are dealing with any major issues. My biggest issue is being stuck in the apartment. Lol
Haven’t had a day where I actually felt sick in about a week, so I’m assuming that I’m mostly done with it. My girlfriend had about a 3 day stretch where she felt really bad, but is feeling much better now as well.
I’ll post results as others within our circle receive theirs. Right now it stands at 4 positive, 1 negative, 1 hospitalization.
Thanks again for the prayers. Apparently they’re working. GBO
Everyone doing ok?Just 2 small notes to add. Two more test results came back. One positive, one negative; which brings it to 5 positive, 2 negative, one hospitalization.
The other thing is that free testing is available at the health department on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. It’s no appointment, and you don’t have to give a reason. It’s SUPER quick to get in and out. Took me less than 15 minutes. I felt like that was huge because I was thinking it would take significantly more time, which I usually don’t have.
So now you're using Brazil to try to scare people?Brazil's President is trying to out-Trump Trump in his quest to simply ignore the pandemic... and they're in their cold/flu season down there.
Here are a few gems from Brazil's stable genius:
""Brazilians don't catch anything ... they already have the antibodies to keep it from spreading," the President said. He said again that Brazilians are likely to be immune to the coronavirus during a March 26 press conference outside the Alvorada presidential residence in Brasilia.
"Brazilians should be studied, we don't catch anything. You see people jumping in sewage, diving in it and nothing happens to them," Bolsonaro said. During the same press conference, Bolsonaro said he believed many Brazilians had already been infected but that those people already had "the antibodies that would help [coronavirus] not spread."
For all the fans here of "End the virus hoax and just return life to normal", here's the horse you're betting on. Let's see if she makes it past the quarter-mile marker on the track.
This is gonna get ugly.
Brazil tops 1 million Covid-19 cases. It may pass the US next, becoming the worst-hit country on the planet

I'll find the video of the Brazilian council member who broke into an ICU and there were zero pts. Just people standing around.Brazil's President is trying to out-Trump Trump in his quest to simply ignore the pandemic... and they're in their cold/flu season down there.

Apparently this hospital claimed they were packed full. Someone actually got off their duff and went to check it out amid rumors it was empty. That guy was super pissed. I can only pick up about every 3rd word because he is talking so fast...at best...but it's clear there was a scam going on just like all the field hospitals and navy ships here that sat empty while the sick elderly were herded into nursing homes where they killed all the other patients.
Cuomo should be held responsible, civil and criminal, for all the elderly folks he killed.
Funny thing about research and science.....things can and do change. No mask necessary. Then a mask was necessary. Social distancing wasnt needed and then it was. Shut down for two weeks and then two months, and then until 2022. Second wave was going far worse than the first. And then we wont have a second wave.
