I have yet to see anything from a reputable source claiming he did. Just a lot of overreaching and conspiracy crap from the usual suspects.

Not really. They got a number of things wrong but under the circumstances did a pretty good job of it. Trump even had the good sense in the end to get out of the way and let the science do its job, leading to the vaccine, which has saved who knows how many millions of lives worldwide.
