Latest Coronavirus - Yikes

The newly released review said that the Federal Emergency Management Agency OK’d expenses typically rejected and even handed over more than the $9,000 maximum allowed for funerals during the early days of the coronavirus crisis.

Overall, auditors are questioning $26.9 million in FEMA funeral payments.

It even paid many double billings because it set up no “guard rails” to block fraud, the inspector general said.

For example, the agency’s own rules for crisis-time funerals reasonably allowed for funding obituaries, flowers, register books, catering services, and transporting people to cemeteries.

Yep, those are the symptoms of this variant. Treat it like any other bug. It's generally pretty well gone after day 5 (your first day of symptoms is day 0)

It’s the worst nasal congestion and mucus I have ever had. Worse than any seasonal allergies I’ve had.

Pretty sure I have caught Covid. Felt off all weekend, but today is the worst. Just real bad congestion and sore throat.
The most prevalent virus circulating here right now is rhinovirus. I believe that is what I had two weeks ago, and my drainage cough is just now getting better.

(N.b. I did run a CV19 test several days in just out of curiosity, and it was negative)

Back in March hospitals around my area said they would mask according to CDC county data. When county is “low” (<10/100,000 hospitalized) then no masks. Our county is currently at 6/100,000, but the hospitals have brought back masks “out of an abundance of caution” per the official announcement.

Sounds brilliant.

You get the stupid, extremist post of the month. Where did you write this--in your FuhrerBunker in Idaho? Do not again advocate violence on a public board again, Maga man. It's unfortunate that your intelligence level doesn't permit you to understand that you were deceived by the gangster.
What action founded this country? Rebellion against tyrannical rule.

Another conspiracy theory from the good guys proven to be true ...

Do you even read the garbage headlines you post?

The headline states "99 Percent of "COVID deaths" not caused by COVID". The article talked about the percentage of total deaths that were caused by COVID.

Another misleading headline that the conspiracy theorists fell for without even thinking...

Yes it was read and it looks like they edited the article after posting. Just don't click on any future ones and you should be good.
  • An earlier version of this article claimed 99 percent of Covid deaths in the past week were not primarily caused by the virus. In fact, a footnote at the bottom of the CDC's Covid data tracker explains the percentage of all reported deaths attributed as Covid-19 is calculated based on the number of deaths from all causes. We have amended the article to reflect this.

It’s awful when facts get in the way of propaganda.

This doesn’t hurt their case either
