It's no worse than having Salmonella for 3 months (which I did). The thing I think is bad about the prep is that awful liquid you have to drink to clean you out. That stuff is N A S T Y

I don’t think it was salmonella, but I was sick at my stomach for close to 3 months after spending a week in Shanghai. It was pretty miserable.

Here’s some good advice ….. once you start drinking the prep…. Don’t leave the house unless it’s fully engulfed in flames. That stuff works fast and goes scorched earth in a short period of time

The idea that it was a “wildly racist conspiracy” to consider that the novel coronavirus that popped up (in Wuhan) may have escaped from a lab (in Wuhan) that studied novel coronavirus - is just wild lol.

Older people will tell you that today’s bowel prep is a delicacy compared to the older versions of the stuff. In addition to tasting worse, apparently it used to have a thick consistency as well.

I actually thought drinking the bowel prep would be worse than it is (and I had to have 3 colonoscopies in 3 years once I started them). Just make sure that you chug the whole damn thing quickly. This isn’t something you want to sip.

The Best bowel prep is a few bowls of chili with about 6 or 7 miller high lifes. Works every time.
