Legitimate chance to win by 14?

They are talented but lost several to the draft from last year and are going to be missing a really good LB on Saturday and possibly some other players. We are firing on all cylinders right now. It should be a good game, but i think no one has had an answer for our speed of plays and I don't expect them to either. We should be able to tire that defense a bit and with some down field throws stop them from trying to blitz. if we pick the blitzes up we could score a lot of points on Saturday.
I’m having fan schizophrenia. One half of me is still in battered vol syndrome. The other is thinking we make a statement Saturday.

I don't have any expectations. I'll be disappointed but not completely shocked if UGA finds a way to slow UT down and bully the D for a two TD win. I won't be shocked if it is nip and tuck and decided on the last possession. I'll be ecstatic but honestly not shocked if UT takes advantage of the youth in their secondary to grab an early lead then commits to shutting down their run game and short passing game to produce a convincing UT win.

I would love to be more certain but I just don't think we know for sure how good UGA truly is. They've beaten the snot out of the worst SEC teams but does that really predict how they'll do against the better SEC teams?
I am kind of like you. I did watch the FL/GA game. Then I wondered how good FL OL was as GA blasted them quite a bit. Again Muschamp is a genius at disguising defenses so that is a concern. This will be test for CJH and I think he will figure it out, but you never know until the game is played. Both Coaches will have wrinkles in their schemes. I still think we win by 10+. Wet field, Rain and sloppy conditions are always a concern because anything can happen when weather plays into the game.

I will be surprised if UT doesn't put the O in hyperdrive early on to try to create confusion for UGA's D and keep them from getting exotic with their blitzes/stunts. Almost impossible to disguise a D when UT snaps the ball that fast. They won't be able to make situational subs.

It will be interesting to see how those units go at each other.

I'm also curious about what UGA will try on O. They may try tempo too. I actually don't think they'll go out of their way to play keep away like others have tried.

I do like the thought that another posted that we had defended 2 of the last 3 CFP Championship Teams. A win here and it would be 3 of 3. Clemson makes it into the mix it is 4 of the last 4 and of course if it were a Tennessee Ohio State Final it would be all 5 previous CFP Champions. One would think Destiny is on our Side if this happened. That would be a Statement that Tennessee is Back.

When you put up 52 pts on Alabama you can put 40 on Georiga and that will be plenty to win!No team in the Country has even come close to stopping our offense!
Since Georgia and Bama don’t play during the regular season… it makes this game even more of an unknown imo ..Inhope with the SEC reshuffle we get a less ridiculous schedule? 😂 It’s always been like that, though

That's right baby! UGA can score 28 pts and have a decent offensive game and still lose by 14 to us after we put 42 on them. If we execute on offense like we did against Bama we will blow them out. Bryce Young heroically kept them in that game the whole time.

Game will be decided who wins the UT OL vs. Ga front 7. We have an advantage today with the injury to the Ga stud Lb. being out. If Hooker is not pressured then I believe we will score at least 40.

If we take the tight ends away, we win, we can control their running game and defensive line

win or lose I'll always remember this year as a great year, was expecting maybe 8-4, but even if we lose to GA but win out at 11-1 it's been a great ride and will look forward to 2023

If you watch Georgia this year they substitute a lot on defense. They platoon in entire lines. We need to put pedal to the metal and not let them substitute on each drive.

I think we either lose by 10 or more or win by 10 or more. I think one team will catch the other off guard and expose their weaknesses.

Bennett isn't even close to Bryce Young. And definitely isn't as tough as Bryce Young. Tennessee pounded Young for 4 quarters. If we do that to Bennett he will leave the game or throw multiple INTs, both good situations for us.

I think this game comes down to our O line because I believe GA will blitz us a lot.

If 5 can get rid of it, accurately, or make productive runs, I think we can win. But I'm not convinced that's a given.
If they blitz hooker will have a field day
