Holly is doing a fantastic job but she needs help. What is helping UConn, Stanford, ND, Baylor is that those coaches former players are superstars in the WNBA and return to campus to speak to incoming recruits, or appear on campus during the off season to work out with them. Many of the players from Tennessee that are in the league, none have played for Holly as Head Coach and they aren't heavily involved on campus which makes it harder to land those recruits. This is a crucial year for our Lady Vols. Being able to sit Russell (which I think was brilliant on Holly's part because she had a feeling she would lose out to Baylor for Brown and Momompreire ) and have her along with Tucker, Deshields and you throw in this years freshman class and the experience Nia Moore is getting, we have to reach a final four. Uconn will have a down year because they have to replace the glue of their last 2 championships (Dolson and Hartley), ND doesn't have a Center (Turner & Rhiemer are both SF/PF playing the Center position) and I love SC but they don't have a "True" PG imo and their Post aren't as athlethic as ours! The key piece is Jasmine Jones! She is a 4 and Holly has to realize that and stop trying to play her at the 3! She is by far the most athletic person on the team and can do (imo) what Glory did for us several seasons ago. A few 4 star post (Do we really need 5 star post with the Guards/Wings we will have that can score?) I say get 1 of the best Juco post that are available for the 2015 class and then get these 2 young ladies for 2016-Felicia Aiyeotan 6'9" Center out of PA and Krystaline McCune 6'4" PF/C out of Kentucky Imagine bringing in a 6'9" post to back up a 6'6"post! or starting a 6'6" Post (Russell can actually play some 4 as well) next to a 6'9" post with a 6'4" post coming off the bench)

But look at our Roster next year and tell me we don't have talent to make it to the next 3 final 4s!
