Beale Street, Peabody Hotel, BBQ and Vols at Liberty - sounds like fun to me.

We would own about 85% of stadium if it were to happen. It would basically be a home game.

Let's go ahead and sign the contract and now even play the season...you know these guys are always right. Wasn't Bama projected to play Ohio St for it all last year???

Apparently Schlabach doesn't have the same kind of love for us. He's always been up Saban's butt anyway. No surprise there. I feel like a bowl game is extremely realistic, if not probable. And if we make a bowl, we gone whip dey azzzz.

Really my first Tennessee memory was watching the '71 Liberty Bowl game against Arkansas with my dad.

We won 14-13 and I was hooked.

I said this in another thread:

I have a hard time seeing the Music City Bowl passing TN over for Missouri if the two teams are within a game of each other.

The Sporting News Preseason College Football yearbook has Tennessee playing ECU in the Birmingham Bowl.
