Black Thought of The Roots, Talib Kweli, Big Boi from Outkast and K-os are all better rappers. Eminem is as good of a lyricist as anyone. I put Lil Wayne in Jay Z's category. They are both better than average rappers, great lyricists and have terrible voices. One day both were good, then the next day everybody proclaimed them as the best rappers alive.

Luda, T.I., Andre 5000, Eminem kills everyone one. Wayne was good for a while, he's just the most popular artist in the industry right now, that's why ESPN had him on

Wayne is the best rapper alive with kanye a close second but luda, jeezy, and others are also killin it...jayz and nas back like ten years ago maybe but not now
