When you say 4 tops are you referring to the outfield area where they put out the tables and tents?

No. They have an area designated for tables for 4 people in left field.

I appreciate the thought process, if these were standard seats they would be considered desirable. Add a half a table and bam! premium seats.
Int the other photos you will see the new rails between the seating areas and expandded concourse have a partial bar top. So this will be pretty great SRO/Bar area.. This extends all the way down to the main concourse.

I surmise several 100 more seats could have been squeeze in instead of the 4-tops
