Lions and Hendon

Titans need him. Badly. Why they chose a clown from Kentucky over Hooker I’ll never understand. Maybe they learned their lesson
I was ok with the Titans not drafting Hooker after coming off an ACL injury.
They wanted Stroud but the Texans grabbed him. At that point the Titans should've drafted other key positions to fix other problems but looks lie they panicked and traded up to get Levis Day two SMH
I remember on reading on reddit how some Titan fans were telling Vols fans to pretty much shut up and Levis was going to be a stud and we were mad because the Titans didn't draft Hooker

Guess they see why Vols fans didn't want Levis. I was at the Dark Mode game in '22 and watched Levis and the rest of KY tuck tail and give up while Hooker and the Vols laid the wood to them.

Campbell says it doesn't mean that....what else can one infer?
Right. He can say anything he wants about Hendon but it is obvious they don't trust him. I guess they are OK with destroying Hookers confidence in the organization for career backup #'s, 1 playoff game ever played in, and a 43-36 career record.

Career
15,120yards. 75TD's 47picks. And a rating of 90.5.

Best job in the NFL is a QB3

Carry a board & don’t get hit. Make a nice living that can carry you forever the longer you make the roster.

This isn't good for Hooker. Bridgewater was decent at best even before he retired, those injuries had taken a toll on him. To bring him in at this point shows they have zero trust in Hooker.

It simply means that they’re more comfortable headed into the playoffs with Bridgewater, who has started over 60 games in his career, being the backup.
I not only think this is their reasoning I think it makes sense. The Lions are trying to make a SB run and even if they liked Hooker as a prospect I believe they'd prefer someone with more experience if in a pinch in the playoffs.

Now OTOH if it just came down to Vol fans wanting a chance to see Hooker play it's more likely, certainly in the near future, he'd have more opportunity elsewhere.

Smart athletes cash checks and live long healthy lives. To your question, college baseball and I play golf as a hobby, you don’t have to be too athletic for that.
I played baseball, basketball and golf. Golf is certainly a sport as much as any, but you don't have to be big, tall and/or run fast to do it. I played on championship teams in all three sports at various points in my lifetime, as a starter, and golf is easily harder to be really good at than the other two, relatively speaking
