Of course you tell a kid with QB aspirations and runs a sub 4.4, that he’s gonna play QB for you. Once you convince him to sign, then you recruit him again at another position. Who knows though, he may be our QB of the future.

Can someone explain the Holiday signing to me? My thoughts were he was going to be a good get to move to WR, but not I've read he came to UT because he felt he had a better chance at playing QB? With this possibly being a full class, we surely would not have wasted a scholarship on a potentially 5th string QB, right?

He's an elite athlete with elite speed..I doubt he ends up at QB but has been projected to also play WR or a DB. Similar to finding a place on the field for Jennings, who was a HS QB.

yeah i don't think there's any foul play here but I just took it as that wasn't the actual paper... that he already signed or had it somewhere else to sign

I actually liked it. No drama, no shenanigans. Just stated the facts and move on. No need to play games or whatever. And you just don't have time for all of that when you have NINE kids signing. Very impressive.
