Maybe we had that coming, maybe scoring as many points on as many teams as we have this year has made us a target for every school we play and the damn announcers who basically were gleeful and gloating about how badly we were getting beat, Beamer handed us some of our own medicine, rubbed it in our faces and got aggressive towards our sideline at the end of game, as for me if we dont win another damn game next year just game plan for them, hang 80 on them and dont run out of damn fireworks.

He is a very annoying individual. Just simply annoying. Could you imagine him coaching in Knoxville and us having to listen to that crap continuously? He doesn't bug me as much as Botch Jones did, but its getting close.

We all know last night was a fluke that will never happen again

Maybe I'm in a minority but I don't miss the days of letting off the gas. If you can hang a 100 on somebody do it. Play it to win it the whole game and if they can't stop you too bad. I didn't have a problem when we did it to Mizzou and don't have a problem with SC doing it to us either.

My problem is more that he was being spiteful in it, we ran up the score on Missouri for a reason and that was the CFP, It wasnt personal, he did it because he wanted to rub it in our face, we were the reason the ran up the score, idk, I will hate him from here on, maybe thats a good thing with the dope Florida hired, they are going to be hard to really really hate for a couple years.

Well hey we been that team dazzling everyone all year with the highlights. It comes with the territory somebody not liking it. That's fine. Remember all the laughing we did last year when we were blowing them out and they scored a garbage time TD that had Beamer jumping for joy like he won a championship? That obviously hurt some feelings lol. Doesn't matter. Take care of business next year when they come to Neyland and hang 70 on them mofo's!

Yea, Im still a little bitter over the whole thing, lol, I do hope we put it back on them next year.

Can somebody tell me why? Other than we beat them soundly last year. But that wasn't running up the score. We were up 38-7 at the half and only scored once in the second half. There was nothing from this year to explain his behavior. No coach or player comments (unless I'm missing something). He's just mad that they sucked so bad that the game was over at halftime last year?

I don’t like him either and I hear what you’re saying…but we were the 5th ranked team and supposed to be the better team. He has every right to hang 100 on us if we can’t stop it. We aren’t Bethune Cookman, although our defense played like them.

So you had legitimate reasons and his were not correct? Isn't that hypocrisy?

Who cares that they ran up the score on UT? It's football. The Vols should have stopped them from scoring if they didn't want to be scored upon.

I find him very annoying as a person. His whole demeanor and his whole shtick are angrily annoying. Almost Botch Jones level annoying. Not quite Botch Jones, but year in and year out of hearing his crap coach speak is going to be annoying. At least he isn't in Knoxville.

Beamer ball sucks. UT had a horrible day. Their QB had the best and last best day of his life playing against air, because there was no defensive effort.

Why does South Carolina always seem to hire the most classless and annoying people they can find?

I think the game last year, all they hype around us and the press we'd been getting over the Missouri game which he actually mentioned how we scored so many points on them during his halftime interview, probably also he and Heupel having the same tenure time and Heupel surpassing him makes him look a little bad, all that rolled up in one little pissed off man.

Beamer barely had more to do with that loss than I did. We quit.

Well in a sense yes, I dont think we run the score up on any team just to spite them, maybe Akron this year since they were playing dirty but otherwise I think there was an obvious let up and attempt to run clock, with Missouri it was a factor in us playing in the CFP so to me you could and should expect that from any team in that position would try and look good to the committee but with us even in the media we caught flack over it and I dont really understand it, there was a obvious rub it in our face mentality on their last scoring drive. even Herbstreit and Fowler were talking about it, thats what I dont like and thats why i hope we decimate them next time we play.

Personally I dont think we quit, I think the defense got beat so much they got frustrated and it started to show late in the game when they got up three scores or so then Hendon got hurt so it was a foregone conclusion we were going to lose but they played hard they just had no answer and I think coaching let them down, just like Florida I cant understand the lack of blitzes.

They were not playing hard. Multiple opportunities to run up and smash a guy short of the first down and they just let him run on past it so they could shove him out rather than make real contact.
