Kept his car clean, finished 6th, ran 5th, all in all an impressive first race in a major series.

Who was that 18 year old that made his debut last year with Hendricks? They said he was supposed to be a great driver, i don't watch much Busch series races so i don't know if he's racing this year.

he tried to state what he thought should of been done in his post race interview. they took 4 tires and in his interview he said, "i think we should've only taken 2, but we took 4 instead." In your first race you don't contradict your crew chief on national tv. so far i dont like his attitude towards everyone.

Hendrick has had a lot of development drivers over the year. Landon Cassill may be the one your thinking of, he actually ran in today's race and was running nicely until Biffle dumped him. Other Hendrick development drivers that they've gone through include Boston Reid, Blake Feese, Kyle Krisiloff, etc. All these guys came in really early and since everyone wants the 5 to run like it did when Kyle Busch piloted it they were gone. Bryan Clausen ran at Gateway last season for Ganassi and he just turned 18 the week prior. Maybe that's who you're thinking of.

well im 99.9% sure it was Logano that said this, but i could be mistaken him for someone else.

Oh I was replying to the other poster asking about the driver from last season. I wouldn't put too much criticism into what Logano said, he was just pointing out that Stremme made the strategy work brilliantly and maybe with clean air he could have made it work. Either way, a good relatively clean day by Joey. I wouldn't be surprised to see him win within these next 3 opportunity races.

"We were a sixth-place car and finished sixth," Logano said. "Overall it was a good day. I was hoping for that top five, but I screwed up in the pits and put myself in a position that I didn't need to. We'll see what happens next."

sounds like he admitted to his own mistakes to me... I hope he comes in and outruns the cup guys... not sure if anyone else watched during the rain delay today but basically they were interviewing all the nationwide regulars about the hamlin-keselowski incident last week (since hamlin acted like just bc hes a cup regular, the nationwide guys should bow down to him)... anyways, all the nationwide guys stood up for brad, which i was happy to hear

Nationwide guys=not good enough for a real ride.

let's see them standing up for him when he is in Cup and they are still running around in their jalopies.

Brad Keselowski = much better than most cup guys... he will make it to cup no doubt, as will a lot of the nationwide guys... some just dont have the experience needed yet... theres no need to hamlin to act like a prima donna and whine when the nationwide guys dont stop everything to let him drive by

Someday I can tell my grandkids I saw Logano's first Nationwide series win.
I liked seeing the STP car out there too. That was pretty cool.

The scarcity of wins by Nationwide regulars is the main negative for having Cup drivers run in the series. It is like having Tom Glavine go back and pitch an AAA game, or Peyton coming down and QBing against the Gators. In no other sport does this happen.
