On the one hand, it irks me to see kids walking around like that as a sign of some sort of challenge to the rest of us.

On the other hand, its a fad. And all fads fade on their own, eventually. Passing laws on it probably just helps it stay in vogue a little longer, so I say leave it alone.

this fad has been goin on for over at almost 20 yrs. i hate seein some idiot with his pants below his butt. really? if u wanna sag then that's fine, as long as i'm not seein ur underwear. i told one at the apt complex that it looks like he had a bright future ahead of him.

You would rather someone else is fined $200 for showing their underwear (boxers are pretty much shorts, boxer briefs are bicycle shorts, and briefs are speedos; all of these can be seen at a swimming pool) than have your girls have to see them?

Would you restrict your little girls from going to an art museum? from looking at classical statues?

The fact that nudity is so scandalous in America is ridiculous; the fact that even the suggestion of nudity (underwear) is scandalous is dumb.

I can't believe there aren't more objections on the grounds of practicality. Do we really want law enforcement spending their time on crap like this? We already spend enough time ignoring violent criminals while busting drug addicts and lemonade stands. It promotes racial profiling. What if the majority didn't like collared shirts? Do we really want to allow any law solely because it represents the preferences of the majority? This is beyond idiotic.

I was in traffic court once saw a guy who had been given a ticket for indecent exposure for sagging. The officer asked him on his way into a store to pull up his pants. He did not. On his way out he tripped and his pants fell off got afore mentioned ticket. In court he started chuckling while before the judge. Judge didn't find it funny found him in contempt. Gave him 30 days in county. Cause he wouldn't pull up his pants.

It's not about butt crack, it's about underwear. You might as well ban fat people because your kids are going to see their butt cracks even with their pants above their hips.

there's a diff between sagging and having ur pants below your ass and when u walk u literally have to hold ur pants up

Oh they voted last time.

Held night sticks and threatened people too.

Probably won't vote as much this time though since their leader didn't give them the free ride they thought was coming.
