Lookin' like your fined with your pants on the ground?

I think speaking proper English and wearing a belt is a sign of a little self-respect.

But I also think writing tickets for said ridiculousness is a complete waste of time and dignity.

What does one expect from the second home of GAVol and the official site of the Redneck Games?

This pretty much sums up my belief.

IMO no problem with cities passing these type of ordinances. If residents think it is a problem, then they should be able to have their govt. make a rule against it. Don't like it then move out of the city.

As long as it is not the federal govt.

I'm not a fan of the style, but I'd rather the government not have their hand in telling people what and how to wear clothing.

Oh come on.

Don't go Gibbs on me man.

I once forgot my belt and in Walmart, had some lady remark to her child that I had my "sag on."

Boot camp removed an inch from my waist and my parents were in the process of moving.

I don't find it to be a stretch that you, in your strip club managing days, ever found yourself sans belt and plus pants slightly too baggy. In fact, I rather imagine you've had more than one of those days.

We were owned by the italians and had a very tough dress code. We were near the airport and had an upscale crowd.

You find a strip club with that kind of crowd you've found a strip club headed out of business.

Oh, I wasn't referring to showing underwear as a fashion statement, but instead, more of a "I'm not spending the time to find a belt today, and my pants are baggy."

Which, would be against said law.

This is how I go to work at my current job. I grab the clothes on top of the pile and run out the door. Usually no belt, sometimes you can see my boxers when I bend over to get something out of a drawer. New job is polo and black shorts/pants, though, and a significant pay raise to get me to wear it.
