it's a new playing surface...kind of silly reaction by folks. Just bc my old car broke down a lot, and was a lemon, doesn't mean the first time something needs to be replaced on the new car that we have a problem

There was a lot of slipping on cuts Saturday...

It might be the people maintaining the playing surface since this has been a long term issue. It might be as simple as overuse

But yeah, I agree it's a little silly before you get some kind of track record with this new surface...

I kinda laughed when he got hurt celebrating but now that I know it’s serious I hate myself.

I'd say the history of Nissan Stadium having an abysmal playing surface is why you see people saying that....
That ground was always as hard as a rock. The grounds crew should have been paid double for year, just being able to make that a playable field. With TSU, the Titans, soccer and the concerts, that field was garbage. Artificial turf runs different so we will see

Alot of players were slipping. Not sure if right cleats were used. Our rb's looked ready to break some long runs but slipped several times.
Stupid coconut field! Just sounds like a horrible idea; why not use the dirt and grass that God gave us instead of using fake surface?

How is the turf at fault? If anyone gets injured on that field, no matter what happens, are you blaming the field?

I don’t usually point fingers, but the players were slipping and sliding all game. Seems like the most likely culprit would be the turf, they can’t all have two left feet

Wow, UVA look terrible, injuries seem to have hurt them pretty bad. Losing to James Madison
