Lottery Fever!

If you read the article, it states that Pennsylvania’s right to know law doesn’t address lottery winners. That’s the loophole not every winner has access to depending on which state they buy the ticket.

Wasn’t looking for an argument. You said you’d never read that. There it is.

Every state is different. Know your state requirements if you play.

Oh I do. Texas doesn’t require you to identify yourself. You from Pennsylvania?

Always get two quick picks on both Powerball and Megamillions...no matter the payout. Won’t pick numbers because then I’m stuck. I can miss a month and not hate myself if a certain set of numbers hit. And somebody eventually wins...millions of different stories.

Unfortunately I started playing my own numbers about 10 years ago, and now have to have them because they might "hit". So, yeah, don't ever play your own numbers.

I can't imagine having control of that much money. I'd be worried my family would be grabbed for ransom. Of course the prospect of all the snobs I've known that would suddenly find me socially acceptable and KMA would be fun.

Some winners do get grabbed for ransom. If you won a large amount you'd have to make sure your whole family was properly armed.

Was like that for me for awhile. Escaped due to my NON-ironclad memory. Clean break afterwards. It’s a trade off. I think most winners pick their numbers...but I really never expect to win so it’s worth the peace of mind.
