Why did Western Kentucky move up to FBS? Losing 44-16 at home to Indiana St. has to be one of the most embarrassing losses to an FCS school ever. Is Indiana St. even good at their level?

Louisville being the best team in the state makes them the third worst team in the country.

Looks like the answer is "no", they were never good even at their level. Western Kentucky might have just made the case for being the worst team in the country by getting blown out
