I'll take a shot at a translation. I once briefly studied hieroglyphics and the Cherokee language when drunkenly pondering what tattoo would best make me more attractive to the sort of women I would not pursue when sober.

Been = something has happened in the near past, and also the second word in the phrase most commonly used by the poster's loved ones to describe him

framed = not a reference to a set of woodwork housing the poster's diplomas for display
