I was thinking it could be used in a way that keeps the blue-hairs happy. during conditioning/camps you wear the normal helmet. But during game weeks you get the nice AC ones to keep you fresher. that way you are prepared in the heat, but then get better performance come game day.

CFB is already on the road to becoming flag football so why not? Before long the games will be played virtually anyway. Soft culture.
