When I was there for a Marshall game, I saw a guy run up to a car that had Marshall flags on it and ripped one off. They were stopped in traffic too, the wvu fan started mouthing threw the window and the Marshall fan stuck a .45 in his face. The wvu fan clocked about a 4.5 40 getting out of there!! Funny chit! They can get a little out of control!

I'm fairly certain you can open carry in most states. I'd expect to catch some slack for it tho. Concealed is a different story tho, I can carry concealed in over 30 states.
