The last two days, I see these LSU fans coming on here just blathering nonsensically, baiting you UT fans into name-calling. I think I have yet to see an LSU fan post on here anything other than rants and raves.

Haha, apparently not a Lord of the Rings fan, huh? That, JennVols, is an Uruk Hai. A race of baddies in the LOTR series. :gun:

Lawgator...Your one of the only gator fans I can stand. k: You always are resonable, and know the strengths and weaknesses of our team and your team.
I hope more resonable fans like you come here in the future.

As for UF fans getting better.... I live in Tampa, and the ones I come in contact with every day are not getting that much better.

I would love to post something to shed light on the game but I really feel that LSU, Tenn, and Florida are a mystery this early in the season. LSU was not it's normal self against Az St and everyone saw that the UT/UF game was out of the ordinary (as far as lack of offensive production). I don't think anyone really knows what to expect Saturday.
I agree that this season hasn't shown any hint on what will be the end result for the top spots in the SEC.
My Gators have a TON to work on to make this spread offense work right. (Playing a beast of a defense like Tennessee didn't help)
I think the VOLS will be fine once they commit to Ainge at QB, and continue to pound the ball for 4 quarters. That running game will open up the passing game without question. Not sure why they stopped running on us.
LSU seems pretty well rounded, but a little rusty on defense( only judging from what I saw against ASU, and that was just the first game of the year). I'm sure that will change after 2 weeks of practice. I would think that Saturday's game is going to be close.
One question I have for everyone--do you think BAMA is for real this year? (Hope not) Does Vandy make it to a bowl game?

Now the UF fans AFTER the game were a whole different story!! :nono:
I think the win took them a step backward. We walked 2+ miles back to our hotel, just to keep from being suckered into lowering ourselves to their level. The entire walk I kept thinking how fans of successful programs are suppose to expect to win; therefore, they should react like there was never a doubt in their mind. Well they definitely did NOT act like they'd been there before, and if I had a dollar for every time someone yelled "Vols suck balls", I'd have enough to buy a ticket to the ND game!!
