Troy got too greedy and kept going to the air instead of trying to kill clock.

We are witnessing a special type of implosion tonight. LSU has now reeled off 31 unanswered points, helped tremendously by the stupidity of Troy's coaching staff and players.

Apparently LSU shanked the extra point while I wasn't looking so that they could leave the door open for Troy to win it with a last second field goal.

33-31 LSU with 4:45 left.

If I were the Troy AD, I would fire the coach tomorrow.

Up 31-3 you could practically kneel it every play to kill some clock.

Troy goes for it on 4th and 15 from their own 34 yard-line with about 3:45 left. WTF?

Troy's coach obviously failed Coaching 101.

40-31 coming soon to a scoreboard near you. LSU just ripped off about a 30 yard-run right up the middle carrying about 13 defenders for the last 20 yards (and yes, I realize there are only 11 players legally on the field).

LSU scores again on 3rd and 1. It's now 40-31 with 1:40 left.

Perhaps Troy's head coach should spend the last 1:40 drafting his letter of resignation. On the other hand, he could simply submit the 2nd half film from this game. It pretty much speaks for itself.
