Here is the substance of the allegations in the NOA. Nothing really major, but worse than what Kiffin is alleged to have done at Tennessee. It'll be interesting to see what happens.
1. From April through August 2009 and while recruiting then football prospective student-athlete (______1), the young man was provided impermissible automobile transportation
2. During the period April 14-16, 2009, and while then football prospective student-athlete _______ was on an unofficial visit, _______, a student worker in the athletics department, provided two nights' lodging at her apartment at no cost.
3. During the period May 28 to August 5, 2009, and while then football prospective student-athlete _________ was in Baton Rouge to take a course at Baton Rouge CC, which he needed to be eligible for enrollment in the fall, resided in the apartment of _________, a former football student-athlete, at a discount from the typical rent charged of the general public by for similar apartments. In addition, for three nights in May and four nights in August, ________ lived in ______'s apartment at no cost.
4. From September 25, 2008, through July 27, 2009, members of the institution's football staff and a student worker for the athletics department made at least 15 impermissible telephone recruiting calls.
5. Between August 1, 2008, through April 1, 2010 approximately 3,669 impermissible recruiting calls were placed or received by the football staff.
6. On July 22 and September 3, 2009 a football recruit violated the principles of ethical-conduct legislation when he knowingly provided false and misleading information to the institution concerning his summer housing and transportation arrangements.
7. It is alleged that during the 2008-09 academic year, assistant football coach _______ violated the principles of ethical conduct in that his knowing involvement in Allegation Nos. 1 and 4 of this inquiry demonstrated a knowing effort on his part to operate the institution's intercollegiate football program contrary to NCAA legislation.
