They’re planning to announce the 2 Louisiana boys’ (Heard and McKinley) to Tennessee on Wednesday, followed by GMac on Thursday.

A commitment to Tennessee mean a lot more than a commitment to anyone else and likely means that all the other stuff you are concerned about have already been completed. So I think a c is a good thing.
