Still a better chance trying the field goal with 9 seconds left and no timeouts. Dumb move by Freeze. And some of you question our coaches decisions.

Don't think you can blame that one entirely on Freeze.

I'm assuming the playcall was to look for a guy in the flat or short along the sidelines, with another guy running deep who is only there to draw coverage. If the play isn't there, throw it away.

You can see on the replay - Freeze throws his hands up as soon as Wallace launched it down the field. I'd bet Freeze explicitly told him not to make that throw during the delay that occurred before the play due to the penalty. He does deserve some blame though for even risking a bad decision by Wallace, which he has a history of making a bunch of.

Before blowing the end of that game, I had always thought that 'The Blindside' movie was a bit unfair to Mr Freeze. But man, maybe he is that dumb that he couldn't figure out how to get Michael Oher to block.

Somebody passed away at the game tonight.

@WGNOsports: We are told by LSU officials that someone in the south end zone died tonight - we have no further details and not sure when it occurred

A lot of class by Bo Wallace running back to the locker room before the game was over.

Freeze should've sent someone after him and brought his tail back out there. IMO it's not so much classless as it is childish. Man up and take a loss, don't act like a spoiled brat.

Man I sure did love seeing ole piss go down tonight!! Man the Chief is one hell of defensive coordinator. I just find it hard to believe that he hasn't had the chance to be a head coach some where. We might have lost to them but im sure glad that the Chief was the one to bust their championship dream up. Death valley really is the place where teams go to die.

Bo didn't look like he was ready for "Prime Time", letting the fans get to him. And that last call by the coach was just bone headed. Of course LSU had pretty much pounded the Miss defense with that running game. I suspect Miss was just plain "gassed" and probably couldn't have won it in OT.

Bad Bo was in da house!
He is still one of the better QBs in the conference, LSU would take him in an instant I am sure. To be honest, the rest of the offense really didn't help him much. Ole Miss ability to get turnovers keep them in the game especially early. Ole Miss's offense strength is the strength of the LSU defense... the passing game.

Much bigger test for LSU's young D in two weeks.

Not sure why anyone would want to jawbone in there with the crowd.
