LSU vs UT game thread

Our guys don't understand there's a difference between driving to the lane and flying aimlessly and out of control towards that big painted rectangle. Hopson loses control so much and commits a turnover because a. His hand aren't that good or b. he jumps in the air and has to throw it somewhere, or c. he shoots prayers with no chance of success.

Smart ball in the last 2 min of a game and we win the last two. Out of control ball by everyone, Smith included, has turned into 2 losses.

You're just wrong. He didn't play well tonight, but he's carried this team more than once.

"Carrying your team" and being consistent most nights is one thing, being "clutch" is another. He made a big shot against Memphis and other than that you can bet it's 50/50 when he's made a mistake that has been very costly inside the last few minutes of the game versus those that he's single handily carried us to victory.

He's a great player and he DOES carry our team. But he just isn't the great clutch player that some try to label him as.

We choke at clutch whether freshmen or juniors. We do not have a clutch clutch guy. Have to have constant outside threat and no one has stepped up there game in and game out

Bruce needs to do something different...I see no improvement in this team and that is cause for concern...

This team is mediocre at best. I have come to grips with that.

But we are absolutely getting outcoached in EVERY aspect of the game.

Somebody please tell me...
1) When is this team "supposedly" going to get better
2) Why does everyone think that Tyler Smith is an NBA first round pick
3) Why someone doesn't teach Scotty Hopson how to shoot a normal shot
4) Why does UT love to "jump to pass"
