Have to agree with armchair. Their teams do not play the top teams in the nation. For instance, Middleton plays for Riverdale High, one of the high schools in Murfreesboro. The games in Hawaii were mostly local Hawaiian teams, not real competition. The only decent team was from Cal, and they won the tourney.Middleton plays for Murfeesboro they play the top teams in the nation. They just played in a tourney in Hawaii and she was MVP although Murfeesboro lost the title game to a California school. Edwardsville is city of 25000 and is only 25 miles from St. Louis has over 2400 students. They play in class 4a which is the highest in that state. Westview High in Oregon has 2738 students and is 6A the highest classification in that state. So all three players play against the best in their state.

Edwardsville doesn't seem to be very interested in girls bb. They don't even report game stats except for the number of points scored. Doesn't seem like Westview plays top teams either.
So, I'd say armchair is right. Can't tell much about these players from their High School experience. Perhaps they'll be good, we'll see.
