I think we beat Ky and MSU. Those teams don't have major 3 point threats and they like to run. We are a much better team when we press and run. Its the teams that slow the game down and make them play a half court set that i worry about.
I applaud your loyalty and dedication to Pat Summitt and the girls, you didn't mention Pat, I am pretty sure you think the world of her just as I do. But the facts are if something doesn't change and change soon, the Lady Vols glory days are over.Yes I do have a clue. I am a season ticket holder. I have faith that these girls are going to come to life.
Lady Vol fans as hard as it is going to hurt, get ready for our orange hearts to bleed. After watching the play of the LV last night against Vanderbilt and matching that play against the remaining schedule we the team will loose 6 out of the next 11, ending the regular season under the mark needed for the tournament. Review it yourself and if you see different please post your analysis: It hurts but here it is:
Kentucky - Loss
Miss. St - loss
Alabama - win
Texas A&M - loss
Vanderbilt - loss
South Carolina - loss
Ole Miss - win
LSU- win
Alabama - win
Georgia - loss

The Massey site predicts 5 losses for the remaining games. Even with 6, I'm not sure that definitely disqualifies them for the NCAAT. It may depend on how other SEC teams do and where the Lady Vols end up in the overall conference standings.
Then there is still the conference tournament. Go very late in the tourney and it helps their case.
Last, if it is a toss up between the Lady Vols, and say Georgia, for the last SEC team that gets in, I think the LVs get the spot based on history and reputation.

we finish the season on a winning streak and beat UConn 84 -82 for holly's 1st of 5 straight nc's
Jyrevols, who said you are a coach at a "pro level" (I must confess to being a little skeptical that a WNBA or European level coach is posting here)...
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.
I sure needed a laugh today! :neener2:
The real funny part was TENN scoring 82 points. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
yOU KILL ME!
I have to ask, are you going to still be wanting a change of coach if they go on a winning streak and close out Feb strong, if the flip occurs? I not a big fan of Holly, but if they get healthy and start playing together, they are talented enough to go on a winning streak. It will be hard to get Hart or Tennessee to do anything, if they finish strong and just make their average Elite Eight or Sweet 16_run in the NCAA.Lady Vol fans as hard as it is going to hurt, get ready for our orange hearts to bleed.
