The thing I remember most from the first one was him using that guy's intestines as a rope ladder to escape through a window. Pretty inventive!

I did have to back up and watch the intestinal Tarzan scene and laugh. Alba's shower scene is what I remember most. (even if her most nekkid bits were digitally rendered since I was synaptically re-rendering :))

Alba's given me issues since Dark Angel.

So... since they confirmed that Machete is also the uncle from Spy Kids... doesn't this mean he should recognize her actress as his niece almost immediately?

Looking forward to see this one. The first one was great.

That's what I like about Machete. It doesn't pretend to be something it's not. It's a cheesy action movie. But they were very creative, unconventional, and get actors you wouldn't expect.

Are most action movies cheesy?
Not running out of ammo, easily dodging multiple gunfire, surviving what human bodies can't survive, etc.
