Making a Murderer (w/ Spoilers)

I'll give you credit for one thing, Sandvol: you've taken a beating on here from basically everyone yet haven't budged from your positions. I admire the conviction (or is it narcissism??) :)

I need to find some time to read those transcripts.

Trolls need no credit.

No alibis... child please.

Neither guy really had an alibi. The best that Avery came up with was that he talked to his girlfriend on the phone a couple of times. That doesn't do much to cover for the multiple hours during which he could have committed the murder.

Highly questioned by the attorneys of course. But they offered no proof, no alibi's, no corroboration, no opposing witnesses, nothing to support their allegations. Holds very little weight in a courtroom.

You are reaching. Maybe you could dig me a hole to Australia.

Not saying SA didn't commit the murder but it is highly circumstantial if he did. BD is most definitely innocent.

I wouldn't call expressing and defending ones position trolling. Sand isn't intentionally inciting anger for amusement.

If he truly believes Brendan Dassey had anything to do with her murder then he is a troll. Simple as that.

I do truly believe Brendan was an accomplice. But I do have sympathy toward him. I don't believe he probably ever would have done anything like this on his own and was strong armed by his psychopathic uncle and he displayed great remorse. Wish he had clobbered him over the head or went screaming for help instead of acquiescing.

Having read through a large portion of the trial transcripts, the case isn't nearly as circumstantial as the documentary makes it appear. Not saying anything was proved beyond a reasonable doubt, but there is some solid evidence that the series misrepresented or casually glossed over.

BD is most definitely innocent.

On that, we agree.

Way too much to cover and I don't have the time either. Go to websleuths.com, they have the complete trial transcripts. The state presented almost 20 days of evidence and witnesses and the defense presented essentially one day and then made a motion for a mistrial. So their case was to attack the police and state forensics examiners and FBI experts and had no defense for their case. This was a slam dunk case.

Just like the Amanda Knox case huh? :). I don't think Sandvols can jump.

Another plot twist:

Steven Avery could be released from prison | WATE 6 On Your Side

On March 16, Busse told WIBX that Avery’s release will be based on newly discovered DNA evidence.

“We’re not even looking for a new trial. We’re actually looking for an exoneration,” he said.

“Zellner is very confident … that it’s not going to take much time, we’re talking months here,” Busse added.

According to Busse, Zellner will show that the blood and age of the blood aren’t going to match up with Avery.

In an exclusive with Action 2 News, Zellner previously said she would be looking at advances in DNA technology to exonerate her client.

Additionally, a claimed DNA expert said that bones recovered on the Avery’s property may not belong to Teresa Halbach.

Want me to microwave this for you, Sand??:)
