Yea they are rethinking this whole Gates thing. It finally dawned on them that they made a deal with a guy who did the exact same thing Manafort did. That's gonna look really good in front of a jury....

I think the rubes are talking about the tweet I posted from constitutional Harvard law scholar Laurence Tribe who has argued almost 40 cases in front of SCOTUS. Trumpkins hate hearing the truth.

But that's not even what the line of quotes you're referencing is about, Einstein. It was about a Harvard trained, SCOTUS-arguing tweet that claimed Trump is a criminal for tweting about the case, when lawyers can actually hold news conferences, tweet, write articles, etc about cases.

So, either he's a complete moron, or he's writing leftist propaganda that you geniuses are swallowing without even tasting.

Then Mueller needs to **** or get off the pot, he's got irrefutable evidence of obstruction according to this professor. Every time we ask why Mueller hasn't moved on Trump you guys keep saying he's digging up evidence that the Red Hats can't refute, well now he has it. Do something Muelly.

Einstein... The reference in question was TT's post of a tweet that called Trump a criminal for tweeting about the case, and then TT defended repeatedly with appeals to authority. Try to keep up.

And I always have a point. The fact that you repeatedly accuse me of never having a point is just self-incrimination that you're slow.

And as to the bolded, you may want to seek counseling. You follow me around like you think I'm your dad, and insult me like you think I abandoned you. You obviously carry a grudge around for the past several months after I pointed out some form of your immaturity or other.

Like I've often said of late, I have high hopes for you when you grow up, but it'll take a season of self reflection and a refusal to project your issues on others.

"Judge T.S. Ellis used a discussion of whether Manafort's team could discuss the lack of an IRS audit before Paul Manafort was charged with a crime to bring up the elephant in the room at any criminal trial -- whether Manafort himself will testify.

Ellis said Thursday morning he did not yet know if Manafort would testify in his own defense, and didn't want to force a decision from the defense team until they begin their side of the case, after the prosecution's case rests, likely next week.

"He will not be penalized for the right to remain silent," Ellis said.

However, Ellis added that if Manafort does testify, the judge may allow testimony about whether Manafort tried to comply with IRS policy and offered to be audited before he was charged."
