Manning 5 yards away from record

I'm not sure about the first, but the second interception was as much (if not more) on the receiver than it was on Peyton. He allowed the DB to be more aggressive in getting to the ball than he was.

It was still a bad throw as have been with many of his throws this season. Its nearing the end. Injuries and father time have caught up with my second favorite football player of all time. I hate it.

The first was off a tipped ball although I'm not sure what reciever it was meant for because I didn't see one around.

The second was thrown to spot and the defender anticipated it and made a great play.

Manning actually had a decent day otherwise. The first half was drop after drop. The defense who has been so awesome had an off day for sure.

Peyton cost the Broncos the game. Another 2 INT game by Peyton. This is getting very difficult to watch every Sunday.

So it was just the two INTS that cost Denver the game? I guess the drop passes for first downs by WRs didn't cost them the game, a defense that let their emotions get the best of them didn't cost the game, and the free 56 yards in penalties given by the defense didn't cost them the game either. There are a few choice words I would love to say, but won't. To say all this was on Peyton is ridiculous. You say the games are getting hard to watch well don't watch them.

I don't think PM's first interception was tipped; the ball just sailed on him and went way over the head of the receiver. Denver was terrible on both sides of the ball in the first half--particularly the offense--but PM and the offense played a lot better in the second. Unfortunately, the Denver defense was not good today and PM's second pick was a killer. The Colts seem to have Denver's number--they've beaten the Broncs three out of last four times they've played, better than anybody. I think Denver will have to win the remainder of its games to get home field advantage throughout the playoffs, and that will be a tall order. They've got the cheatriots later this month at home, but must also play cincy in cincy.

The first INT he was hit as he released it. So it was off-target. One defensive player tipped it, put a little bit of air under it and the second defender was able to come down with it. The second was Thomas just not aggressively going after the ball. He actually had a better chance at the ball than the defender, but he seemed to give up on it and that allowed the defender to make a great play and get the INT.

Denver's defense allowed their highest point total of the year. Throw in the drops by the receivers, the poor pass protection by the OL and the stupid penalties and I don't see how anyone with a brain can blame this loss on Peyton.

Can't discount the fact that Indy fired their OC leaving the Broncos with probably outdated game tape to watch as well.

But no, it's probably all Peyton's fault they lost to a wounded team fighting for playoff positioning playing at home and playing for their coach's and GM's job respectively.

These are awful, awful excuses. Detroit switched coordinators and got destroyed in London.

Detroit could also bathe in the tears of a thousand anointed saints and they would still get destroyed.

The point was, there were many factors at play. To say that Manning cost them the game is a bit of a reach.
