He was busy eating "Free" crab legs!! :devilsmoke:
.
lMAO, but in all seriousness there were some concerns with him throwing too much during the Spring due to playing baseball and football.
I watched their spring football game, and he really struggled with his accuracy. He completed less than fifty percent of his passes. He often threw into coverage, and missed his targets.
I found this on the internet in the local paper website.
Peyton and Eli Manning and about 40 college players, who served as counselors to the campers, put on an aerial display for fans and parents Saturday night during the 2014 Papa John's Air-It-Out and Iberia Bank Quarterback Challenge at John L. Guidry Stadium.
Noticeably absent at Saturday night's Air-It-Out was Heisman Trophy winner Jameis Winston, who was at camp the previous day. Winston had to get back to school at Florida State, according to Manning Passing Academy Co-Camp Director Jeff Hawkins, who has been involved with the camp since Year 2.
"He had to go back because of school. Like the UCLA quarterback arrived late because of school and (Winston) had to leave to go back early because of school, and stuff like that happens with all of our players all the time," Hawkins said.
This is really odd to me as competitors compete, and Winston is supposed to be extremely competitive. Who has class on Saturday night? Maybe, he's injured and they want to keep it a secret.
