I read somewhere that in the first round there are usually 4-5 upsets and that, in the Final Four, you should add up the value of all the seeds. It should be more than 7, but less than 15, i.e. Duke is a 1, Florida is a 3, etc.

History shows the value of the seeds is usually between 7 and 15. Pretty good guide, I suppose.

I'm in...even though I don't post here a lot :blush2: I didn't pick too many upsets. I think I picked Bama over Marq. in the first round and then Florida over Ohio St. in the sweet 16. I have Duke, Gonzaga, UNCONN and NOVA in the final 4 with Duke beating NOVA :yes:
