Quick question there was a play early in the 1st quarter yesterday where Bailey threw the ball to the receiver before the defender got to him and either a DE or LB came in low on him hitting him below the knees (wasn’t a super late hit the defender was already committed) is that only a penalty in pro or is it also a penalty in college for hitting below the knees?
