I kinda disagree. The extremes in each party are the ones who bring out the worst in the electorate and the media, but to me, they aren't the problem with how congress actually operates.
You can’t define “extremes” until you define what the middle is. Where is the middle between a dude pretending to be a woman versus someone who knows it’s lunacy? A lot is defined by the wage gap….well maybe not even the gap but the path people take to achieve what the have. Someone that has worked their way from nothing to making 6 figures versus the person that has had every given to them their entire life making 6 figures (or more) will often help define political views. The left constantly screeches “white supremacy” but where is it happening? On the flip side we go to reparations, dei, allowed lawlessness, etc. It’s difficult for far left person like yourself to recognize extremes when you’re part of it.
