Marjorie Taylor Greene Receives Standing Ovation From Repubs. Dems Vote To Remove Her From Two Committees

No he doesn't.

I've attempted to engage him in other threads and posted archive links from left/right/academic peer reviewed sources. He accused me of posting drivel from google, went back to his fantasy narrative, and never responded to my rebuttal.

At least Luth, Evil, Septic, Finka, and several others can be witty and make me laugh at times.

This one's a zealot with little to no capacity for original thought.

To be fair, Luth, Evil, Septic, Finka dont have an original thought, though they are slightly funny

I'm sure that the original namesake, someone named "Two Independence Square," is going to be very upset he was cancelled. Apparently he's been so cancelled i can't even find out who he was.

It’s absolutely great that Mary Jackson is getting recognition she was a trail blazer and overcame many obstacles. She is exactly the kind of role model you want ALL young women to look to. But I’ll admit NASA headquarters made me scratch my head. Happy for Mary’s family but it screams of pandering and virtue signaling.

Oh and naming the street “Hidden Figures Ln” or whatever was ridiculous. Really?! A damn movie title?! Then I want The Right Stuff Blvd dammit

I just hope Two Independence Square can move on from this.

So she blocked someone on twitter for saying something she may not agree with... but twitter can block her for saying things they don't agree with?
Yeah, that is kind of how a private company works. Dude in Colorado hating on gay folks is now doing the same hate thing for trans folks. Weird folks on here are cool with that but not the other. Hmm.

Rep. Marjorie Taylor-Greene is now drawing fire from House Minority Leader, Rep. Kevin McCarthy, for co-leading (along with fellow Q'Anon follower, Rep. Paul Gosar) the formation of something called the "America First Caucus".

The policy platform of this proposed Republican caucus includes language such as "America is a nation with a border, and a culture, strengthened by a common respect for uniquely Anglo-Saxon political traditions."

The inclusion of "Anglo-Saxon" is at the heart of the problem. This term gained popularity in the 19th century as a means of connecting white people to their supposed origins. "Anglo-Saxon" has deep roots in white supremacist organizations, including the Ku Klux Klan, Nazis, and neo-Nazis. Adolf Hitler frequently spoke of "Anglo-Saxon determination to preserve German traditions and way of life" while promoting the final solution.

"America is built on the idea that we are all created equal and success is earned through honest, hard work. It isn't built on identity, race, or religion. The Republican Party is the party of Lincoln & the party of more opportunity for all Americans -- not nativist dog whistles."

-- House Minority Leader, Rep. Kevin McCarthy

This tweet was posted yesterday, denouncing the platform of the proposed new Republican Party caucus known as the "America First Caucus". Kevin McCarthy finally showed some backbone here. He is right. Marjorie Taylor-Greene is dog-whistling to white supremacist organizations with this rhetoric. She is trying (way too hard) to tap into the reserve of white resentment which still exists in the United States.

that woman is psycho. Can't believe anyone voted for her, what a disgrace
It's unbelievable. You would have seen rhetoric very similar to the "America First Caucus" platform in literature handed out by members of the Ku Klux Klan in the early to mid-1960's. The KKK often spoke of preserving "Anglo-Saxon traditions and way of life"... and the need to keep the "mongrels" out.

Nashville has renamed a part of 5th Ave, I think, John Lewis Blvd. Can someone tell me wth John Lewis has to do with Nashville? They want him to be like Dr King so bad.
