I don't know how well this staff will recruit, but it looks like they are giving it their all.

I'm not a big social media guy, but kids today live and die by it. I like that this staff is using it to sell the UT brand.

I can't wait to see how this class shapes up.

The head man sets the tone. In his initial meeting with the players, he set the bar at winning national titles.

Now, you see he has a staff that buys into that.

These guys see this as their big opportunity and they are going to be hungry. I would not bet against them being very successful here. You can just see they have "it" by the way they conduct their business.
