The speed at which this staff is filling in is positively indicative of the credibility of this hire. He doesn't have to carpetbag to find assistants. These guys are very career minded. One misstep and they find themselves having to work for a living (tongue in cheek).

Ok I know ou must be 100 years old or something, but these guys convince 18 year old kids to like them and trust them. In todays time and age there are several methods beyond telephone and handshakes that enable them to interact with young men. There is this thing called facebook, twitter, and text messages. Coaches use these to enlighten the fan base as to get some excitement over the fact that there is new blood and they aren't wasting time. This is a valuable tool, and for your information...they like alt uniforms too. Players have really been "tweeting" about that in the past several days.

Got any links to any of these alt unis people are talking about? Would be curious to see what is out there and who is liking them.

Yes, a number of current players tweeted about changing up the uniforms etc..

That was several days ago and would be fairly hard to go back and find the tweets but it did happen!

Those were retweets from fans and it was also Nike uniforms. Change of uniforms isn't likely to happen.
