You are overreacting... even if your worst fears come true. However this kid has been actively recruiting for UT for months.... and even this week.

If he visits elsewhere or even signs elsewhere, it will be fine. He needs to be sure of what he's doing.

While it can cause recruitaholics alot of heartburn, I personally appreciate that CLK encourages commits to take their trips and be sure of their decision. He knows that UT and his program aren't for every player.

FWIW, Seastrunk is either willfully or blindly ignorant. He's considering LSU... guess he never heard of Perilloux? He's considering USC... enough said. He's considering Oregon who had one of their thugs very publicly cheap shot an opponent early in the year only to be reinstated later.

If UT's coaches had still been in his ear... he probably wouldn't have made such an ignorant statement.

Interesting interview. The kid definitely sounds tired, but I think he's just enjoying the process. He's not one of the guys who is just "ready to get it over with". I think he enjoys the attention and the media coverage. However, of all places to take a visit, I would MUCH rather him go to West Virginia than Ole Miss or anybody in the SEC.

The guy has been committed for how many months now? Let's face it. He's probably not easily excited at this point and if you've followed his recruitment you can tell he's pretty smooth in life like his route running.

I get the feeling everyone wishes the interview went like this instead:

- Reporter "Hey Markeith, you're committed to Tennessee, right?"

- Markeith "Tennessee!!! Stop the interview. I get so excited when I hear that I have to go jerk off right now."

Let's face it. Markeith probably doesn't act the same way we do. Hell, 99% of the Vol Nation members reading the forum right now are probably spanking it.
