Marlon Brown

sure doesn't look like anything good.

We hired the best staff of recruiters in the country. We had a month to get together/salvage a recruiting class. I think a top 20 class is good. Top 15 is great. 2010/11 will our real recruiting classes. Feel free to be a NegaVol all you want if our staff doesn't produce in 10/11 but right now its not the end of the world, its too early to tell and we just need to trust the staff right now.

I just spoke to Troy Conyer in Nashville & he said that while he was giving Peyton Manning a full body rub down with tangerine scented oils he had overheard that Marlon is all Vol!!

Tommorrow is going to be a long day! If you're in the Nashville area, go see Troy to get rid of all that stress!

Belue isn't an idiot but he IS a Georgia homer... Whaddya expect?? He was a QB there the last time they won a NC. Jamie Newburg seems fairly sure that MB is going to UGA however, and I place a little more credence in his opinion but honestly I don't think anybody other than MB himself knows any more than the next guy. We'll all know tomorrow.

laughable to use hubbs as a source.

So nothing is good enough for you. Not surprising.

Since the forum doesn't like us to post direct quotes of the pay-to-see stuff, here's the paraphrase:

1. Marlon Brown - Not sure. Monday Brown was concerned with Tennessee's QB situation and also spent a lot of time on his visit to UGA with Aaron Murray (UGA signee)

im have been a huge Ut fan since the mid 90's and im only 19 now, this is the first time i have really followed the recruiting season.... so im new at this, but i could have sworn that i saw that he committed to Tn last week.

You saw that he visited, not committed.

Based on my conversation with Marlon, tOSU is the real concern I have.

Other than that, I think Marlon really sees the value in his coming to UT, if that's what he does.
