I'm not a huge EA fan as far as a radio personality. He's another athlete who really can't leave the spot light. He knows if he says something semi-controversial it will draw more listeners and attention to him. Unfortunately Knoxville radio is really bad
Personal things going on with our players and their families are their own business and none of ours. I wish coaches would say they are studying film when a player is absent from practice. Instead coaches says this or that and media girls spin off with it....then fans spin off on it..
Hey CBJ....JUST SAY THAT THEY ARE STUDYING FILM or IN THE WEIGHT ROOM or WORKING WITH POSITION COACHES. They have personal lives that are not fans business.
Although I 100% agree that these players personal lives should remain just that. Can you imagine the speculation that would occur if media and fans were told our numero uno WR didn't participate in a scrimmage because he was studying film or working with position coach?
The only quote I got from CBJ was "a family emergency", this is the same term used in the work world when personal matters prevent you from being and work. That is 100% the PC and proper way to word/handle the situation.

Ever since ea got his head thrown into that goal post at lsu, he hasn't seemed right to me.
