Sounds like a team player. Doesn't happen to be related to George Teague does he?

anybody heard anymore about teague? miami seems to be the leader after he took a visit there.. it'd be great to have teague anywhere on the field with his speed and instincts.

I'm pretty sure he would have committed with Allen but he didn't have an offer. We waited a little bit too long and now Miami has slipped into the lead.

He is a very good player with a lot of upside. Prob. a DB in college. He has a better chance at UT than Miami.

When you watch him in HS....he is not just better than others, he is WAY better than others!

Isn't Henry County 4A? I can't remember. I saw them play Melrose last year in playoffs. He can play!

I'd love to see a high quality, in-state kid in orange, too, but I think he has significant interest in Miami.

Edit: And I have already been beat to the chase on this comment by volball625 haha

ours, in the end he'll want his family to make a short drive and see him play

I agree with you Rex. I think he will be a Vol in the end. I think the short drive and the fact his teammate allen committed will be the deciding factors for him.

he and Allen are really close so that can only help. I really believe that he's just basking in the attention, but in the end he's all vol.

From the Duke site. Teague hasn't started to narrow down his list, but says that academics will play a major role in his choice. He feels that if you are good enough you will get drafted, no matter what school you play for. He doesn't plan to decide any time soon.

"I grew up following Miami," Marsalis Teague said. "I just loved their aggressiveness, especially on defense. When I was watching them they had a star-studded team." Teague says the 'Canes are recruiting him for cornerback. "I like coach Randy Shannon and he seems like a real down-to-earth guy and real humble. He seems like a guy who'll talk with you about anything..."

ive see him play many times before, he had 1,000+ yards, rushing and passing. and if he ran any faster he'd be comin off the ground

He was just offered by Florida and says he wants to visit Florida, Miami, and Clemson, so far. His other two visits will be between UT, Michigan, and Ole Miss. Also, Georgia is close to offering.

I just think he ends up at UM. It won't be a huge loss if he does because I think we end up with a very solid DB/WR/ATH pull this year.
