i never buy into the whole "they are afraid of us, now," but Meyer and Saban are both adament about their recruits not coming for a visit to Knoxville. its awesome.

I wouldn't say they are afraid of us, but I do think they know we are a player again, in the recruiting world.

I think they already respect us. I'm not saying they are afraid of us,but there must be some uneasiness with our staff's ability to recruit. Didnt satan recently tell a recruit to NOT visit us? I can't remember the recruit, I've read too many posts recently. But I seem to recall Kiffin telling one of our recruits to go ahead and go on his other remaining visits and have fun. Interesting in the differing personalities and how they recruit.

I just don't know. I think IF Marsalis decommits he's going to end up at Alabama. My little brother also plays at HCHS, and Marsalis is now saying he likes them as much as he likes Florida. He likes their facilities and campus just as well as UF and loves the coaching staff. But he's still taking a visit so we definitely have a shot. I really hope he changes his mind. I can just see the caravans rolling out of Henry County now :yahoo:

His coach is a Bama fan, his dad wants him to go to Florida, and his mom wants him to go to TN. He's gonna piss off people no matter what he does, so I hope he just does what's best for him.

I don't really think Bama is in it. I think if he is going to switch his commitment to anyone, it will be us. Still, I think he winds up in Gainesville.
